Marco Bianchini

Marco Bianchini (1958) began his career in the 1970s, publishing his works in fanzines and local publications. In 1976 he started illustrating for Italian and foreign science-fiction magazines. In 1980 he joined the publishing house Edifumetto and entered the world of comics. His work appeared in periodicals like Boy Music and Il Corriere della Sera. He is the graphic creator of ‘Kerry il Trapper’, a series scripted by Sclavi and published in Il Comandante Mark in 1983 and 1984. In 1984 he collaborated with the Fox Trot magazine and created the character of ‘Capitano Gemma’. In 1985 he started to illustrate episodes of ‘Mister No’ for Bonelli. He continued to illustrate these stories until the closure of the character in 2005.
