Zoran Janjetov (1961) graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad. In 1980s his comic strips and illustrations were published in magazines Student, Vidici, Mladost, Neven, Yu strip, Omladinske novine, etc. In 1986 he replaced the French master Jean Jacque Moebius to work on the series on John Difool, first as a colourist, then as a cartoonist. His best known comics include ‘Bernard Panasonic’ based on his own script, ‘John Difool avant l’Incal’ and ‘Les Technopères’ based on the script by Alejandro Jodorowsky. The last comic that he created was ‘Les Armes du Méta-Baron’ in 2008.
